The results for this fit is at more than 2-sigma from the expected value!!
To have a better estimation of the sigma_sample, more rings can be used ->see below

Results obtained between the ring 600 and 900.

The fits converge to the expected value !!!
But the error on the estimation of sigma is prone to fluctuation. One consideres that irrelevant due to numerical precision!

TOI of Noise of different caracteristics:

For ring = 13000

 TOI (in blue) for ring 13000Smoothed TOI with a width of 4000 sample

 - For a small fknee (~1e-4), the TOI and the Smoothed TOI is very close to the White Noise TOI.
- For a fknee around 1e-2, the variation of the average level of the TOI begin to be obvious!
So the limit is around fknee ~ 1e-3 as expected!
